To provide a valve formation system capable of acquiring non-invasive and sufficient treatment effect in valve stenosis, especially, AS (aortic stenosis).SOLUTION: A balloon pumping system for valve formation comprising a balloon 1 for valve expansion, comprises: electrocardiographic data acquisition means for acquiring electrocardiographic data of a patient; predicted cardiac cycle calculation means for calculating a predicted cardiac cycle of the patient on the basis of the electrocardiographic data; arterial blood pressure data acquisition means for acquiring arterial blood pressure data of the patient; means for correcting the predicted cardiac cycle on the basis of the arterial blood pressure data; and balloon operation means for introducing a carrier fluid into the balloon and discharging the fluid from the balloon through a catheter 8.
