Uroflowmetry is a diagnostic test used to measure the flow of urine during urination. The speed of urine flow is measured electronically and the flow rate is calculated as milliliters of urine passed per second. Both average and maximum flow rates can be measured. Urine flow rate or urinary flow rate is the volumetric flow rate of urine during urination. It is a measure of the quantity of urine excreted in a specified period of time (per second or per minute). It is measured with uroflowmetry. The output of a load cell is given to a computer. Software was developed by Lab view software. The machine is made in just Rs 10,000 instead of Rs 1.5 lac machine in the market.
