The present invention provides combinations for use in the treatment or the prevention of HCV infection. In particular, combinations are provided that comprise at least one anti-HCV-entry factor antibody and at least one interferon, wherein the anti-HCV-entry factor antibody and interferon act in a highly synergistic manner to inhibit HCV infection of susceptible cells. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions and kits comprising such combinations and methods of using these compositions and kits for treating or preventing HCV infection.La présente invention concerne des combinaisons destinées à être utilisées pour le traitement ou la prévention dune infection par le VHC. Linvention concerne notamment des combinaisons qui comprennent au moins un anticorps contre le facteur dentrée du VHC et au moins interféron, lanticorps contre le facteur dentrée du VHC et linterféron agissant dune manière hautement synergique pour inhiber linfection par le VHC de cellules sensibles. Linvention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques et des kits comprenant de telles combinaisons et des procédés dutilisation de ces compositions et de ces kits pour le traitement ou la prévention dune infection par le VHC.
