The present invention relates to a syringe sealing apparatus of a novel structure which effectively seals a syringe filled with injection liquid. According to the present invention, the syringe sealing apparatus comprises: a cap (6) mounted on a holder (30), and a main body (20) airtightly connected to a syringe (1) to use a pressure adjustment means (40) to discharge air in a concave groove (21) of the holder (30) and the syringe (1) to suck the cap (6) into the syringe (1) by a vacuum pressure formed in the syringe (1) to seal the syringe (1).
