The physiological monitoring device comprising (i) a physiological board assembled and enclosed in a material that conforms to a subject, (ii) a set of sensors disposed in the physiological board, (iii) a microcontroller unit, securely adapted to communicate to a network or cloud system. The network or cloud system includes a plethora of information associated with health conditions from multiple users, research studies, statistics and monitoring devices. The network or cloud system is operable to learn, analyze, store, display or provide useful feedback information to users to improve health conditions and experiences.
