The present invention relates to a composition for use in the prevention or treatment of miscarriage, pre-eclampsia, and an immature fetus, comprising a PECAM-1 activating catalyst as an active ingredient. The PECAM-1 activating catalyst according to the present invention increases regulatory T cells (Treg) in the mother, and markedly decreases miscarriage when animal models of miscarriage are treated with sCD38； thus, the catalyst can be useful as a prophylactic or therapeutic agent for miscarriage, pre-eclampsia, and an immature fetus.La présente invention concerne une composition destinée à être utilisée pour la prévention ou le traitement d'une fausse-couche, d'une prééclampsie et d'un fœtus immature, comprenant un catalyseur d'activation de PECAM-1 en tant que principe actif. Le catalyseur d'activation de PECAM-1 selon la présente invention augmente les cellules T régulatrices (Treg) chez la mère et diminue ostensiblement la fausse couche lorsque des modèles animaux de fausse-couche sont traités avec sCD38 ； ainsi, le catalyseur peut être utile en tant qu'agent prophylactique ou thérapeutique pour une fausse-couche, une prééclampsie et une fœtus immature.본 발명은 PECAM-1 활성 촉진제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 유산, 임신 중독증 및 미성숙 태아의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 PECAM-1 활성 촉진제는 모체의 Treg(regulatory T-cell)를 증가시키고, 유산 동물 모델에 sCD38을 처리하는 경우, 유산이 현저히 감소하여, 이를 유산, 임신 중독증 및 미성숙 태아의 예방 및 치료제로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
