Provided is a device that can be readily fitted to an elastic body used for a bed or a sofa to reduce local distortions (sinking) in the elastic body and that is readily movable for adjustment to a position where a user can actually feel the intended effect of suppressing the occurrence and the extent of lower back pain. The invention is a partial sheet wherein a non-stretchable fabric (stretch rate of 5% or less: measurement method compliant with JIS L 1096/2010 B) is used as the base fabric, and, in order to secure the non-stretchability of the base fabric, stretch-preventive sewing is performed in both diagonal directions relative to the vertical and horizontal fibers constituting the base fabric so that when a load arises, the partial sheet makes close contact with the elastic body being covered and the surface friction therebetween is sufficient to prevent the movement thereof.
