A synthesis method for a composition comprising a mogrol derivative monomer (3) and a mogrol derivative monomer (4), compared with an existing method for synthesizing the mogrol derivative monomer (3), the present synthesis method is simple and inexpensive and also allows the synthesis of a novel substance, the mogrol derivative monomer (4). Also provided on such basis is a method for preparing the mogrol derivative monomer (3) and the mogrol derivative monomer (4). The method, by means of a simple column chromatography separation technique, allows inexpensive, highly efficient, and large-scale separate preparation of the mogrol derivative monomer (3) and the mogrol derivative monomer (4), thus laying a foundation for further development of related novel medicaments.Linvention concerne un procédé de synthèse pour une composition qui comprend un monomère dérivé de mogrol (3) et un monomère dérivé de mogrol (4). Par comparaison avec un procédé existant pour synthétiser le monomère dérivé de mogrol (3), ledit procédé de synthèse est simple et économique et permet également de synthétiser une nouvelle substance, le monomère dérivé de mogrol (4). Linvention concerne également un procédé pour préparer le monomère dérivé de mogrol (3) et le monomère dérivé de mogrol (4). Le procédé, au moyen dune technique de séparation par chromatographie sur colonne simple, permet dobtenir une préparation séparée économique, hautement efficace et à grande échelle du monomère dérivé du mogrol (3) et du monomère dérivé de mogrol (4), ce qui constitue une base pour le développement ultérieur de nouveaux médicaments apparentés.
