PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor to compare an explanation part with an operating tool to simplify the operation, and to house the operating tool stably.SOLUTION: An operating tool set 10a has a puncture pen 12, a blood glucose meter 16, a storage body 30 which has a bottom having the same configurations as the puncture pen 12 and the blood glucose meter 16 in the plane view for holding the puncture pen 12 and the blood glucose meter 16 and including a first identically-shaped hole 40 and a second identically-shaped hole 44, a cover 32 for covering the upper surface of the storage body 30, and a plurality of page bodies 36 connected in a manner to have two pages spread while the cover 32 is opened.
