PURPOSE: A soft ice cream producing mixer is provided to minimize the number of assembling processes by inserting a metal rotary shaft, during an extruding process of a molding member with a guiding member. CONSTITUTION: A soft ice cream producing mixer comprises the following: a rotary shaft including a hooking member on the outer circumference； a molding member(34) including plural guiding member(33), extruded in a form including the rotary shaft； a scraper blade(35) combined with the guiding members of the molding member； a coil spring(36) closely attaching the scraper blade to a cooling cylinder； hooks(33a) formed on both ends of each guiding members； and a guiding rod(37) formed on the center of each guiding member.본 발명은 소프트 아이스크림 등의 빙과를 즉석해서 제조하여 판매하는 소프트 아이크림 제조기에 관한 것으로, 가이드부재가 구비된 성형부재에 회전축이 인써트(insert)된 상태로 사출 성형되도록 하여 스크래퍼 블레이드가 마모됨에 따라 최소한의 부품만을 신속하게 교체할 수 있도록 한 것이다.이를 위해, 외주면에 걸림수단(32)이 구비된 금속재질의 회전축(31)과, 상기 회전축이 인써트된 상태로 사출 성형되어 외주면에 다수의 가이드부재(33)를 구비하는 성형부재(34)와, 상기 성형부재(34)의 각 가이드부재(33)에 회전축(31)의 중심방향과 직각방향으로 이동 가능하게 결합되는 스크래퍼 블레이드(35)와, 상기 가이드부재(33) 및 스크래퍼 블레이드(35)의 사이에 설치되어 스크래퍼 블레이드(35)를 냉각실린더(8)의 내벽(8a)에 밀착시키는 코일스프링(36)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
