A snow removing apparatus is arranged on one side of the upper end of a conventional plastic greenhouse. However, the snow removing apparatus is frozen in cold winter and thus does not properly operate. Even though the snow removing apparatus operates properly, snow settles on an area excepting the snow removing apparatus so the flank of the conventional plastic greenhouse collapses. Furthermore, the snow removing apparatus can hardly remotely alert a plastic greenhouse manager to heavy snow via the plastic greenhouse manager&primes smartphone, or the plastic greenhouse manager can hardly remotely control the whole plastic greenhouse system in real time via the smartphone. According to the present invention, in order to solve the two problems, provided are a hybrid-type remote control system and a method thereof to remove snow from a plastic greenhouse, which use a GTG electrothermal network and an environment-friendly snow removal material-sprinkling means. The hybrid-type remote control system to remove snow from a plastic greenhouse comprises: a power supply unit, a snowfall sensor, a first temperature sensor, a second temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a soil moisture measuring sensor, a sprinkler actuating motor, a flank opening and closing motor, a first snow removal unit, a second snow removal unit, and a control box. The first snow removal unit is covered with a hot wire, and thus can properly use an environment-friendly snow removal material even under heavy snow and cold conditions. A plastic greenhouse manager can effectively remove snow from a plastic greenhouse by 80% in a hybrid-type snow removal method using a GTG electrothermal network and an environment-friendly snow removal material-sprinkling means. The whole plastic greenhouse system can be grouped into a CAN communication group and a Zigbee communication group so an accurate control command can be outputted. Furthermore, soil contamination can be reduced by 70% by using an environment-friend
