PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-restoration drink formula for hair restoration and hair growth.SOLUTION: A hair-restoration enhancing drink/pine needle drink is provided, containing vitamin C included in red pine needles, terpene (essential oil) having a function of internally activating weakened cells of a scalp, quercetin having a function of expanding scalp capillaries and enhancing blood circulation, and the like, obtained by supplying 30 red pine needles, cut into chips of 5 mm to 1 cm length, to 100 mL of an aqueous solution, leaving the solution to stand for 24 to 48 hours while keeping at 40°C to 50°C, followed by stirring, filtering and extracting and removing tannin.
