PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the disconnection of a wire with a high degree of accuracy.SOLUTION: An electrode lead 10 includes tip wires 21A, 21B and ring wires 22A, 22B which are mutually disposed in parallel to be adjacent, tip terminals 25A, 25B and ring terminals 26A, 26B which are connected to one end of the tip wires 21A, 21B and ring wires 22A, 22B for the respective wires 21A, 21B, 22A, 22B, and a tip electrode 23 and a ring electrode 24 which are connected to the other end of the tip wires 21A, 21B and the ring wire 22A, 22B and includes a tip short-circuit part 27 and a ring short-circuit part 28 where the tip wires 21A, 21B and the ring wires 22A, 22B mutually short-circuit respectively on a side closer to the electrodes 23, 24 than the terminals 25A, 25B, 26A, 26B.【課題】ワイヤの断線を精度よく検出する。【解決手段】互いに並行し隣接して配置されるＴｉｐワイヤ２１Ａ，２１ＢおよびＲｉｎｇワイヤ２２Ａ，２２Ｂと、Ｔｉｐワイヤ２１Ａ，２１ＢおよびＲｉｎｇワイヤ２２Ａ，２２Ｂの一端にワイヤ２１Ａ，２１Ｂ、２２Ａ，２２Ｂごとに接続されるＴｉｐ端子２５Ａ，２５ＢおよびＲｉｎｇ端子２６Ａ，２６Ｂと、Ｔｉｐワイヤ２１Ａ，２１ＢおよびＲｉｎｇワイヤ２２Ａ，２２Ｂの他端に接続されるＴｉｐ電極２３およびＲｉｎｇ電極２４とを備え、Ｔｉｐワイヤ２１Ａ，２１ＢおよびＴｉｐワイヤ２２Ａ，２２Ｂが、それぞれ端子２５Ａ，２５Ｂ，２６Ａ，２６Ｂより電極２３，２４側において互いに短絡するＴｉｐ短絡部２７およびＲｉｎｇ短絡部２８を有する電極リード１０を提供する。【選択図】図２
