The plant Brassica oleracea is described, which contains the gene of resistance to M. brassicicola, isolated from disease-resistant plant, which seeds are deposited in ATCC under number PTA-7413, and located in the genome of a plant in the environment of at least two DNA markers detected with using the specific primers disclosed in the invention.
