The present invention relates to a composition comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium, at least: - one peptide corresponding to formula (I): R-V1-Ala2-His3-X4-Y5-Trp6-NH2 - one xanthine base chosen from the group consisting of 3,7-dimethylxanthine, 1,3,7-trimethylxanthine and 1,7-dimethylxanthine, and - one compound corresponding to formula (III).
