A splint for use in reducing a bone fracture that has produced at least a first bone fragment (7) and a second bone fragment (8) is disclosed. The the splint includes a first restraint portion (102) and a second restraint portion (104). The restraint portions can be adjusted with respect to each other to align the first bone fragment and the second bone fragment in a desired orientation that substantially corresponds to the unfractured orientation of the bone. The restraint portions are connected by a connection assembly (112) that can hold the first and second restraint portions substantially immovably with respect to each other, holding the first and second bone fragments in the desired orientation. Embodiments for wrist, ankle and meta-carpal splints are disclosed.
