The method includes positioning the graft 80 into a bore hole in the bone 60, positioning a guide wire 70 into the bore hole in the bone 60, and then positioning a slide instrument 40 between the guide wire 70 and the graft 80. The method further includes positioning a driver 10, and an anchor 90 secured thereto, over the guide wire 70 and then directing the anchor along the guide wire 70 and towards and into the bore hole. The method includes imparting a rotational force to the anchor 90 to secure the anchor 90 between a sidewall of the bore hole 61 and a portion of the graft 80.
