The present invention provides a handcart combined with a ladder for orchard work used when harvesting fruits such as apples, pears, peaches, etc. The handcart combined with a ladder comprises: a load base on which a load is loaded； a pair of wheels disposed on a rear of the load base； a pair of support frames separated from each other and fixed on the upper surface of the rear of the load base； a handle fixed on an upper portion of the support frames； a support plate whose both ends are attached to the upper ends of the support frames to be folded to be positioned between the support frames or unfolded perpendicularly to the support frames； and a ladder folded inside the support plate or unfolded to the outside to bring the lower end thereof into contact with the ground, whose upper end thereof is rotatably mounted on the support plate.본 발명은 사과, 배, 복숭아 등과 같은 각종 과실을 수확 시 사용하는 과수원 작업용 사다리 겸용 손수레를 제공하기 위한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명에서는 짐을 싣도록 형성된 짐받이와, 이 짐받이의 후방에 구비된 한 쌍의 바퀴와, 짐받이의 후방 상면에 일정 간격을 두고 고정된 한 쌍의 지지프레임과, 이 지지프레임들의 상부에 고정된 손잡이와, 지지프레임들 사이에 위치되도록 접거나 지지프레임들에 대하여 수직으로 펼치도록 양단이 지지프레임들의 상단에 힌지 이음으로 부착된 받침판 및 이 받침판의 내부로 접혀 들어가거나 외부로 펼쳐지면서 하단이 지면에 닿도록 상단이 받침판에 대하여 회전 가능하게 결합된 사다리를 포함하는 사다리 겸용 손수레를 개시한다.
