PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cool mat which can effectively use the effects of a refrigerant medium, is excellent in durability, is clean, has elasticity and ventilation, and gives a user an excellent sense of use.SOLUTION: A cool mat includes: a refrigerant tool 11 formed using a refrigerant exterior 12 of a polyvinyl chloride and storing a refrigerant medium 14; one-surface exterior body 21 having a structure of a synthetic-resin-made base material 22 loaded on one surface of the refrigerant exterior and an aluminum thin plate material 23 loaded on the outer surface of the base material, equipped with a refrigerant tool welding portion 21a for welding the one surface side of the refrigerant tool to the side of the base material close to the refrigerant tool, in which the refrigerant tool welding portions are coupled by an distance keeping portion 13, the outer surface of the aluminum thin plate material is protected by a transparent polyester material 24 and an outer peripheral portion 23c extends to the outside of the refrigerant tool; a multi-pore elastic body 31 polymerized and disposed on the other surface of the refrigerant tool, having mesh outer and lining disposed oppositely, equipped with an elastic coupling string 35 for coupling the outer and the lining with a distance, and formed between the outer and the lining; and a periphery sewn facing material 41 for covering the outer peripheral edge portion of the one-surface exterior and the outer peripheral edge of the multi-pore elastic body.【課題】保冷媒体の効果を効果的に利用でき、耐久性に優れ、清潔であり、弾力性、通気性を有し使用感も良好な保冷マットを提供する。【解決手段】ポリ塩化ビニル材の保冷具外装体12を用い、保冷媒体14を収納した保冷具11と、保冷具外装体の一面に添着した合成樹脂製の基材22及び基材の外面に添着したアルミ薄板材23の積層構造で、基材の保冷具側の面に保冷具の一面側を保冷具を間隔を隔てて溶着する保冷具溶着部21aを具備し、保冷具溶着部間は間隔保持部13により連結し、アルミ薄板材の外面を透明ポリエステル材24で保護し、外周部23cを保冷具の外側に延在した一面外装体21と、保冷具の他面に重合配置されるとともに、網目状の表地及び裏地を対向配置とし、表地、裏地間を、間隔を隔て連結する弾性連結糸材35を具備し、表地、裏地間に多穴弾性体31と、一面外装体の外周縁部、多穴弾性体の外周縁部を覆う周辺逢着材41とを有する。【選択図】図3
