PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter which can avoid a high center of gravity, has good visibility, and has a compact preliminary seedling tray.SOLUTION: The preliminary seedling tray 14 has a frame portion A to which a seedling-scooping plate B for supporting preliminary seedlings is detachably attached. Receiving metal fittings 67D for receiving and holding the front end portion of the seedling-scooping plate B are disposed on the front end side of the frame portion A, and semi-circular portions 67G are disposed on the rear end side of the frame portion A. The upper end horizontal portion 70A of the seedling-scooping plate B is fit and attached to fix an attachment posture attached to the frame portion A of the seedling-scooping plate.
