PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion device that hardly causes a pitch deviation at a connection part of element wires even when compression force is applied to a coil pipe in an axial direction.SOLUTION: An insertion device includes an insertion part inserted into a subject, a wire 10 disposed in the insertion part, and a coil pipe 20 disposed in the insertion part, which is formed by the winding of element wires 50, and into which the wire 10 is inserted.
