The hub includes a holding unit which holds the shaft, a distribution path which communicates with the first lumen, and is capable of allowing inserting of the guide wire and distributing a predetermined fluid, and a branch path which communicates the second lumen with the distribution path, is capable of distributing the predetermined fluid, and blocks the insertion of the guide wire.
