PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic medical chart screening result output device which efficiently performs screening operations using an electronic medical chart system, while limiting information of a patient included in a screening result, and thereby preventing outflow and leakage of personal information of the patient.SOLUTION: An electronic medical chart screening result output device includes a computer which reads screening definition data 46 and multiple pieces of electronic medical chart data 56, extracts at least one piece of electronic medical chart data 56 complying with the screening definition data 46, displays the extracted electronic medical chart data 44, stores it, and sends it to another computer. The electronic medical chart data 44 includes an electronic medical chart identifier given to each patient, and personal information associated with the electronic medical chart identifier having a name of the patient, sex, the date of birth, age, and a clinical history.
