Disclosed is a bulking machine which performs template changing without shutdown; the bulking machine comprises bulking chambers (3, 4), and a template changing device (5) arranged at an outlet of the bulking chambers (3, 4), a first template (17-1, 15-1) and a second template (17-2, 15-2) being connected to the side wall of a cylinder body (14) of the template changing device (5); a transition channel is provided in a movable block in the template changing device (5); when the movable block moves to a first position in the cylinder body (14), the transition channel connects the bulking chambers (3, 4) with a first channel, and when the movable block moves to a second position in the cylinder body (14), the transition channel connects the bulking chambers (3, 4) with a second channel, such that template changing can be performed without shutdown so as to change the type of products, and when the template is blocked, it can also be replaced with a new template without shutdown.
