PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a gene recombinant and transformed FVII composition as well as utilizing the composition as a medicament.SOLUTION: Each molecule of Factor VII of the composition has a glycan form bound to N-glycosylation sites, and among all molecules of Factor VII of the composition, the majority are biantennary, bisialylated and non fucosylated glycan forms in comparison with all glycan forms bound to N-glycosylation sites of Factor VII of the composition.【課題】本発明は、遺伝子組み換えプロセス及び形質転換ＦＶＩＩ組成物において、組成物を医薬品として利用する一方、組成物の調製を行う方法を実現することにある。【解決手段】このため、組成物の各ＦＶＩＩ分子が、Ｎグリコシル化部位に結合されたグリカン形態を有しており、組成物のＦＶＩＩのすべての分子の中で、二触角性でバイシアリル化されておりフコース化されていないグリカン形態の比率が、組成物のＦＶＩＩのＮグリコシル化部位に結合したすべてのグリカン形態のうちで多数である。【選択図】図１
