PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ganoderma neo-japonicum strain which is high in a formation rate of a fruit body and indicates high yield by bottle cultivation, and a method of cultivating ganoderma neo-japonicum using the strain.SOLUTION: A ganoderma neo-japonicum strain in which the formation rate of the fruit body is 70% or more is obtained under cultivation conditions of illuminance 500 lux, temperature 23°C, and humidity 90% using a culture bottle (volume 850 ml, bore diameter 5.8 cm) which contains a medium 470 g prepared so that larch sawdust, corn cob meal, and rice bran are mixed proportioning ratio by weight of 3:1:1 and a moisture content is 62±3% and such a ganoderma neo-japonicum is used for artificial cultivation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、子実体の形成率が高く、ビン栽培で高い収量を示すマゴジャクシ菌株、及び該菌株を用いたマゴジャクシ栽培方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 カラマツ鋸屑、コーンコブミール、及び米ぬかを重量比3:1:1で混合し、含水率を62±3%になるように調製した培地470gを収容した培養ビン(容積850ml、口径5.8cm)を用いて、照度500ルクス、温度23℃、湿度90%の栽培条件で、子実体の形成率が70%以上であるマゴジャクシ菌株を取得し、これを人工栽培に使用する。【選択図】なし
