PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling vehicle for a work, installed with a buffering mechanism in between for elastically holding a working part, and ensuring a following property for its working part lifting up and down during travelling for working, while preventing the member from a deformation and a damage by absorbing a sudden impact during travelling on not working. SOLUTION: This travelling vehicle for a work is provided by installing an electric-powered cylinder 31 for changing the elastic holding force of a buffering spring 25, 26 in absorbing an impact and a vibration transmitted between a travelling machine body 1 and a working machine for planting with the buffering spring 25 and 26, and contracting the electric-powered cylinder for strengthening the elastic holding force of the buffering spring 25 and 26 upon travelling for working, while elongating electric-powered cylinder 31 for reducing the elastic holding force of the buffering spring 25 and 26 upon travelling for not working.
