The invention relates to a packaged beverage and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the packaged beverage comprises the steps of: pouring a particle raw material into a particle sterilization barrel sterilizing the particle raw material located in the particle sterilization barrel conveying a sterilized liquid to the particle sterilization barrel and finally mixing the sterilized liquid and the particle raw material in the particle sterilization barrel uniformly so as to fill to a packaging container. In particular, the particle completeness can be greatly preserved because the particle raw material does not be conveyed via pipelines of an allocation facility and a sterilization facility.
