The present invention is related to a foldable stretcher having a body. The body has serial connected a front plate, a main plate, a rear plate and a top plate. The front plate and rear plate respectively have a first side wall and a second side wall that is parallelly protruded therefrom. The front plate and rear plate are rotatably mounted on the main plate and may be folded against to the main plate to form a container with the main plate. The container may contain a backpack. During use, a user may carry the backpack with the foldable stretcher outside the backpack easily when go outside.
