Disclosed is an endoscope medical instrument for injecting a drug. The endoscope medical instrument for injecting a drug of the present invention comprises: a main body of a hollow shape formed in a certain length to be grasped by an operator； a connection groove combined with a front end of the main body； a hollow pipe formed in a front end of the connection groove, and inserted inside a human body through an endoscope； a first drug injection portion inserted through the main body, combined with the connection groove and the inside of the hollow pipe, and formed to inject a drug for checking a lesion into a tissue of the human body； and a second drug injection portion inserted through the main body after the separation of the first drug injection portion, combined with the connection portion and the inside of the hollow pipe, and formed to inject a drug for treatment into the checked lesion tissue of the human body in accordance with the drug injection of the first drug injection portion.
