PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent cleansing oil being quickly blended with a long-lasting makeup cosmetic and easily removed and having dry touch feeling during blending and easiness during washing out.SOLUTION: A transparent cleansing cosmetic comprises (a) 5 to 35 wt.% of a nonionic surfactant having an HLB value of 5.5 or less and being liquid at ordinary temperature, (b) 5 to 30 wt.% of a nonionic surfactant having an HLB value of 8 or more, (c) 10 to 60 wt.% of oil content, (d) 0 to 20 wt.% of water, (e) 1 to 30 wt.% of an amphipathic substance compatible with the oil content and water, and (f) 3 to 30 wt.% of one or more water-soluble components selected from the group consisting of monohydric alcohol, polyhydric alcohol and alkylene oxide derivatives, where the value of the weight ratio (a)/(b) of components (a) and (b) is 1 to 3 and the total content of the component (d), the component (e) and the component (f) is 5 to 40 wt.%.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】化粧持ちの良好なメーキャップ化粧料などにも素早く馴染んで簡単に落とせ、なじませているときのさっぱりとした感触、洗い流し時の容易さを有する透明クレンジングオイルを提供する。【解決手段】前記課題は、(a)HLB値が5.5以下であり、且つ常温で液状の非イオン性界面活性剤5~35重量%、(b)HLB値が8以上の非イオン性界面活性剤5~30重量%、(c)油分10~60重量%、(d)水0~20重量%、(e)油分及び水と相溶可能な両親媒性物質1~30重量%、及び(f)1価アルコール、多価アルコール、及びアルキレンオキシド誘導体からなる群から選択される1種又は2種以上の水溶性成分3~30重量%、を含み、成分(a)及び(b)の重量比(a)/(b)の値が1~3であり、且つ成分(d)、成分(e)及び成分(f)の含有量の合計が5~40重量%であることを特徴とする透明クレンジング化粧料によって解決できる。【選択図】なし
