Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Verfahren zu einem Festlegen einer Position eines Patienten bezüglich eines Isozentrums einer medizinischen Bildgebungsvorrichtung für eine medizinische Bildgebungsuntersuchung, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:– Erfassen von Positionsdaten des Patienten vor einem Einbringen des Patienten in einen Patientenaufnahmebereich der medizinischen Bildgebungsvorrichtung,– Auswerten der erfassten Positionsdaten zu einem Patientenbild,– Übertragen des Patientenbilds an eine grafische Oberflächeneinheit und Darstellen des Patientenbilds mittels der grafischen Oberflächeneinheit und– Festlegen einer Position eines Patienten bezüglich des Isozentrums, wobei hierzu zumindest ein Lokalisierungspunkt mittels der grafischen Oberflächeneinheit in dem Patientenbild bestimmt wird.The invention is based on a method to a fixing a position of a patient with respect to an isocenter of a medical imaging device for a medical image analysis environment, comprising the steps of:– Detection of position data of the patient before the introduction of the patient in a patient receiving region of the medical imaging device,– Evaluating the detected position data to a patient, image,– Transfer of the patient image on a graphic surface unit and representing the patient by means of the graphic surface unit and image– Determining a position of a patient with respect to the isocenter, wherein for this purpose at least a locating point by means of the graphic surface unit in the patient image is determined.
