The present invention discloses novel polyheterocyclic based compounds having general formula Ia-Ib and IIa-IIb, and preparation methods and uses thereof. These compounds are highly effective for inhibition of hepatitis C virus (HCV). The present invention is also related to treatment of HCV infection by the polyheterocyclic based HCV inhibitory compounds and compositions thereof, and to therapeutic methods thereof.Esta invención se ha describido una serie efectiva de maneras de producir y aplicaciones sobre compuestos heterocíclicos policíclicos para la supresión de la hepatitis C (HCV). La invención se refiere también a superar la hepatitis C(HCV) con compuestos heterocíclicos policíclicos,y sus combinaciones y los programas de tratamiento para tratar la infección por el HCV.
