PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of attaining contrast tracking photographing by using an image with a contrast reinforced therein, and surely attaining contrast tomographic imaging.
SOLUTION: The X-ray CT apparatus (100) includes: a dual energy image reconstructing part (39) for reconstructing a dual energy image, based on X-ray projection data with the first energy spectrum and X-ray projection data with the second energy spectrum different from the first energy spectrum a contrast detecting part (31) for detecting a contrast change part from the dual energy image and a control part (29) for relatively moving a cradle and a gantry.
