The present invention relates to an anchor for fixing a ligament and an anchor coupling apparatus for fixing the ligament. The anchor comprises the exterior having an inner pipe insertion groove penetrating in a vertical direction, and having an inclination engaged side of which the width gets thicker toward a lower end therein and an inner pipe having an anchor penetration groove in a vertical direction, having a slit where a lower end is open, and inserted into the inner pipe insertion groove. The present invention enables to easily couple the ligament with a fixing apparatus of the ligament, and to prevent damage to the ligament or slipping by increasing a fixation power of the ligament.
