PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing reel obtained by reducing a material cost and a processing cost, and having a braking force regulator capable of regulating the braking force of a braking device.SOLUTION: The braking force regulator 40 of the fishing reel is configured to include a nut 70 threadedly screwed in a handle shaft, a collar 80 having a skirt portion 82 fitted on one side of the outer periphery of the nut and restricted in the shaft direction, and a braking force-regulating knob 90 fitted on the other side of the nut, and integrated by crushing the terminal of the nut.
