The shape-stable coiled collagen carrier comprises a collagen layer and a coating layer containing thrombin and fibrinogen, and the collagen carrier is wound around the longitudinal axis at least so that the coating layer constitutes the outer surface of each outer winding part. One outer winding has the shape of an elongated element oriented.
