The present invention relates to a mannose-bound poly(D,L-lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) nanoparticle, and a composition for inducing maturation of antigen-presenting cells containing the same. According to the present invention, mannose-bound PLGA nanoparticle targets mannose receptors on surfaces of antigen-presenting cells, and binds to the same, thereby effectively inducing maturation of antigen-presenting cells by promoting differentiation of immature antigen-presenting cells. Accordingly, the mannose-bound PLGA nanoparticle of the present invention can effectively boost immune responses in body.본 발명은 만노스가 결합된 PLGA 나노입자 및 이를 포함하는 항원 제시 세포의 성숙화 유도용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 만노스가 결합된 PLGA 나노입자는 항원 제시 세포 표면의 만노스 수용체를 표적 및 이와 결합함으로써 미성숙 항원 제시 세포의 분화를 촉진하여 항원 제시 세포를 효과적으로 성숙시킬 수 있으므로 신체의 면역 반응을 효과적으로 증강시키는 효과가 있다.
