PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-type cosmetic that has no tight feeling while exerting high wiping ability at the time of use, and is excellent in a moisture retention effect.SOLUTION: The invention provides a sheet-type cosmetic obtained by impregnating a liquid composition containing the following components (A)-(F) to a sheet-type base material: (A) 0.0001-0.1 mass% of citrus-based essential oil (B) 0.01-1 mass%, with an HLB of 10-13, of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether which has an alkyl group of a carbon number of 10-18, or polyoxyethylene alkenyl ether which has an alkenyl group of a carbon number of 10-18 (C) 0.001-1 mass% of a nonionic surfactant with an HLB value of 4-7 which is liquid at 25°C, and has a glyceryl group (D) 0.001-0.1 mass% of a higher alcohol which is liquid at 25°C (E) 0.01-0.5 mass% of a water-soluble polymer and (F) water.
