The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a departure point and a destination point of an aviation logistic process (S101); acquiring a quantity of the express items having been scheduled for delivery from the departure point to the destination point (S102); and if the quantity of the express items exceeds a quantity threshold, automatically assigning, to a next flight, the express items (S103). The method has the advantage of automatically selecting a flight.
