PURPOSE: A device and a method for cooking instant noodles having a function selecting the cooking taste are provided to provide the instant noodles according to selection of user's cooking taste and to provide remote sales management, energy management, or substitute recipe recommendation for cooking the instant noodles. CONSTITUTION: A device for cooking instant noodles comprises a cooking surrounding module, a cooking controller (250), and a cooking device (300). The cooking surrounding module receives an order for the instant noodle according to selection of user's cooking taste and has a cooking output indicator. The cooking controller communicates with the cooking surrounding module and controls the cooking according to orders for the instant noodle. The cooking device cooks the instant noodle inputted in the cooking device under the control of the cooking controller according to recipes of the order for the instant noodle.
