PURPOSE: A food composition for oyster farming and a product including tehreof are provided to offer enough food for oyster farming, thereby replacing import food compositions for oyster farming from foreign country.CONSTITUTION: A food composition for oyster farming is obtained from a mixture of 10-40 weight% of poly plane powder, a balanus shell, an oyster shell, a cockle shell, a spiny turban shell, powder of short-necked clam shell class and limestone etc, and 60-90 weight% of polymer particle. A manufacturing process of the oyster farming comprises: compressing the mixture at 120deg.C and heating at 1,250deg.C for 4 hours and rapidly cooling the mixture.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012굴 양식 식자재의 구성 조성물은 따개비 껍질을 수입하여 사용하고 있어 이를 대체할 수 있도록 소재를 개발하는 것이다. 기본 소재의 특성은 굴 종패로서 굴 종자의 착상과 성장을 가능하게 하고 친환경적인 양식자재를 대량생산하는 것이다. 따개비는 중국에서 수입하고 있는데 이마저 자원고갈로 수입이 고가이다. 착상이 순조로운 기존 굴 바지락, 소라, 바지락, 꼬막 껍질류 등을 수집하여 가루를 내고 그 가류분말 60-90중량%과 폴리플렌 분말가루를 10-40중량%를 혼합하여 온도를 가하여 따개비 모양의 굴양식 종패식자 조성물과 그 조성물이 포함하는 물품을 발명의 특징으로 한다.
