The present invention relates to a normal signal classification system for an individual ECG signal capable of classifying normal signals in a reliable manner by removing noise from the ECG signal using a morphological filter and detecting R-waves according to the changes in the adaptive variable threshold value and a window for health condition analysis and a method thereof. The system includes: a morphological filter which removes noise from an ECG signal inputted from an ECG input unit through morphological filtering; a noise suppression unit which raises the signal-to-noise ratio; an R-wave detection unit which detects R-waves according to the changes in the adaptive variable threshold value and a window; an individual circumstantial data processing unit which processes circumstantial data to analyze the health condition of a current user based on the user data; a profiling unit which classifies normal signals based on the bio signal outputted from the R-wave detection unit; and an analysis signal output unit which classifies and outputs ECG normal signals by individual after analyzing the signals based on the ECG signal analysis of the target patients.
