PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment device using superheated steam, which sufficiently dries a conveyor belt travelling in a tunnel path in a hollow casing filled with superheated steam, in the tunnel path, while preventing the belt with condensed water from moving out of the tunnel path.SOLUTION: In the heat treatment device using superheated steam, the conveyor belt 11 is continuously conveyed into the tunnel path 21 composed of the hollow casing 20, and the superheated steam is supplied into the tunnel path 21 to continuously heat the conveyor belt or an object conveyed by the conveyor belt. A steam jetting nozzle 41 is provided for jetting the superheated steam in the tunnel path from below the conveyor belt traveling in the tunnel path toward obliquely upward.
