In a therapy method, the oscillations/vibrations of a natural substance or plant are first measured. Environmental signals are canceled out to isolate only a useful signal. The useful signal is then amplified and stores in a sound file library containing a many such useful signals. An audio file is generated by mixing from one or more useful signal files from the sound file library and the audio file is then delivered to a subject. The delivery may be effected by direct sound playback, via the tympanic membrane or the skin of the user, or by exposing a carrier medium, such as water or cream or oil, to the mixed file and then applying the carrier medium to the subject.
