PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating ocular diseases and an apparatus for diagnosing ocular diseases are provided to prevent thermal or optical chemical damage based on a super high speed laser. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for treating ocular diseases comprises: a laser light source generating a femtosecond laser beam； a power controller controlling the power of the laser beam generated from the laser light source； a fixing unit fixing the location of an eyeball； an optical system irradiating the laser beam to the eyeball fixed by the fixing unit； and a focus control part controlling the focus of the focused laser beam.본 발명은 레이저를 이용한 안구 질환 진단 장치 및 레이저를 이용한 안구 질환 진단 장치에 관한 것으로, 상세하게 본 발명에 따른 안구 질환 진단 장치는 안구 내 유리체로 초점이 조절된 펨토초 레이저 빔을 조사하여, 초점 영역의 유리체에서 레이저 유발 이온화 및 레이저 유발 흡수에 따른 압력 파가 발생되도록 하여 안구 질환을 치료하는 특징이 있으며, 상세하게 본 발명에 따른 안구 질환 진단 장치는 안구 내 유리체로 초점이 조절된 펨토초 레이저 빔을 조사하고 산란되는 산란광의 세기 변화를 측정하여, 산란광의 세기 변화를 기준으로 안구 질환의 보유 유무를 진단하는 특징이 있다.
