A rotatable connector for medical use is provided, applicable to connecting medical transfusion tubing or serving as a part of the transfusion tubing, including a first tube body, a second tube body, a casing cover, and an elastic sealing member. The first tube body has a coupling end having an outer wall disposed with a stopper. The second tube body has a docking member. One end of the casing cover sheathes the periphery of the stopper and the other end is fixed to the docking member. A housing space is formed between the inner wall of the casing cover and the outer wall of the coupling end. The elastic sealing member is disposed inside the housing space, tightly adhered to the outer wall of the coupling end as well as dividing the housing space into two disconnected spaces.
