In total knee arthroplasty, the femur block is composed of a double deck with a first deck and a second deck. The first deck is fixed to the center of the lower end of the femur and the second deck is connected to the top of the first deck. The first deck is removed, and finally, the position of the femoral block mounted at the lower end of the femur is improved from the lower center of the femur to the upper side, thereby enabling the knee replacement operation in the extension state of the knee joint.
