A dual targeting drug carrier is provided. The dual targeting drug carrier comprises a first targeting molecule and a second targeting molecule, wherein the targeting molecule comprises peptide, antibody, or protein. The targeting molecule can be bound to specific receptors, proteins, or glycoproteins to recognize the specific tumor cells, tissues, or organs.
