The present invention relates to a brown rice processor, which removes a portion of the outermost layer (hull layer) of brown rice in order to remove the chaff (husk) from the rice such that moisture can be absorbed into the starch layer during a rice-cooking process. The brown rice processor of the present invention has a simply modified structure in order to reduce noise during a brown rice making process and can be widely supplied to households to promote the health of the general population. To this end, the brown rice processor for home use is configured such that an elastic body (54) having a groove (54a) is wrapped around and fixed at the outer circumferential surface of a rotating brown rice feed roller (55), and brown rice (52) contained in a hopper (53) is fed along a guide member (53a) and transferred by being aligned in each groove (54a) such that cuts (56) can be made in the brown rice (526). A pressurizing surface (58) is formed at one side of the guide member (53a) of the hopper (53), the pressurizing surface (58) having a gap (t) in which the spacing (s) between the outer circumferential surface of the elastic body (54) and the pressurizing surface (58) decreases in the direction of transfer of the brown rice (52) in the groove (54a) of the elastic body (54).
